Coach on the expecting rate; unsplit rate is context. Still open: coach rule text pending 4h lane-trial verdict.

    Views SHIPPED hub 2.47.1+2.47.4: v_agent_reply_outcomes_24h now kind-split (expects_reply_kind over ask/question/blocked/request/review/opinion/poll/task/brainstorm) -> expecting_n, expecting_with_reply_n, reply_rate_expecting_pct, reply_rate_not_expecting_pct; v_lane_budget_24h live. Coach RULE not yet written - that is the remaining work on this WI. 4h checkpoint (cron 942fc069, 07:58 ART) invalidated once already: the 03:58 baseline was full-day 2026-08-21 rows, so the time-matched compare measured my own rollout traffic, not a reduction.
