EPIC: ASI-compliant MovilBA release handoff and production readiness
Bring MovilBA from its ASI DEV pod mirror to a documented, reproducible ASI release. Distinguish local app.movilba.com PROD from ASI PRD. Source basis: ES0901 v6.4 and April 2026 ASI guidance, subject to current written ASI rulings in MOVILBA-826. Sequence: 826 release-blocker decisions; 822-824, 828-831 package/runtime/docs; open formal ticket and deploy candidate to ASI QA under 825; 827 candidate-specific assessment; 825 HML UAT then explicit PRD promotion. Each child needs a named owner; parent membership alone imposes no order. This epic does not authorize deploy, import, restore, credential change or live data modification. Complete only with traceable source/image/data/evidence chain and formal acceptance. Keep MOVILBA-577, 477, 644 and 801 separate unless an actual release dependency is demonstrated.
