Verify ASI application integrations by environment

Build an environment-by-environment ASI integration/compliance matrix for Obelisco, ELK, ESB and OIDC across QA, HML and PRD. For each, identify required vs not-applicable status, endpoint/config ownership, approved authentication/secret mechanism, connectivity, logs/traces, tested core flow and ASI acceptance evidence on the candidate image. Link existing MOVILBA-616 (OIDC), MOVILBA-477 (secret scanning) and MOVILBA-577 (DEV mirror connectivity) without reopening them. Resolve missing requirements through MOVILBA-826; no credential change is authorized.
