Remove the hard-coded Línea prefix from assignment dropdown options and split the monolithic /validadoras workflow into list, detail, edit-event and add routes matching the rest of MovilBA. Preserve canonical lifecycle semantics: MODIFICACION does not change assignment; DESASIGNACION then ASIGNACION moves a validator.
