  Corrected scope: canonical events are ALTA, BAJA, MODIFICACION only; MODIFICACION performs one-event line/vehicle transfer. Removed app shadow-catalog filtering and extra event types; awaiting DB DDL correction and audit.

  was: Expose the existing canonical ASIGNACION event for already-assigned validators so a user can transfer an EMBARCADA to another vehicle or a PUESTO_A_TIERRA to another line in one immutable history event. The DB trigger already defines ASIGNACION as assignment or transfer and requires the association to change; remove the incorrect two-event UI guidance.
