EVO-75 admin pending-items digest shipped. SHA 952e4de / v2.21.2, audit PASS:952e4de, Class-A PTD PASS. Daily cron 10:15 UTC emails the dynamically-resolved admin set an OPEN-queue digest (open support tickets + access requests + a-solucionar correcciones), reusing existing views + getASolucionarBundle + allowlist; all-empty suppressed, one outbox email/recipient, per-recipient failure accounting, failed>0 -> HTTP500, counts-only telemetry (no PII). Live-verify cron run: {ok, sent:2, failed:0, source:{support:0,accessRequests:0,correcciones:26}}.
