Audit rkhunter-scan-whey.timer output + purge dead stock rkhunter cron files

Confirmed the stock cron.daily/weekly rkhunter jobs are disabled and inert (cosmetic only). Not yet done: verify rkhunter-scan-whey.timer's own output is actually useful/read (does the HTML email go anywhere real, has anyone looked at a report), and clean up the two dead /etc/cron.daily+weekly/rkhunter files for clarity.
