whey cron/systemd timer audit: review all not-yet-analyzed jobs

Follow-up to the 2026-08-26 partial pass (killdebsoft duplicate removed, ccs-log-rotate deleted, apt-daily masked, vpn-workhours/keepalive found non-duplicate, system-update.sh bugs fixed). Doc so far: /usr/local/share/doc/whey/cron-systemd-timers.md. Remaining unreviewed entries still marked plain KEEP without real analysis - mainly the backup family and a few others - need the same scrutiny (does it actually run correctly, does it overlap another job, is its output ever consumed, is it still needed).
