ARO cleanup: retire 7 abandoned rooms

Done high clcoder-llmmsgsrv-cc

Elazar: 'there are so many aros that serve no purpose, abandoned, no use in weeks or months, all they created is alarms and reports that waste tokens.' Enumerate every live ARO with last-activity age and delete the abandoned ones. BLOCKED ON ELAZAR BY DESIGN: POST /aro_retire refuses any caller but elazar-the-user-human-llmmsg-srv (hub.mjs:10026, 403 unauthorized). No agent can execute this, including this lane, and routing around it with a direct DB write would skip retireAroWithPurge's tombstone + state purge across aros/aro_config/aro_fanout_allow/pm_pending_queue. Retire is DESTRUCTIVE and action=remove restores NOTHING, so the membership snapshot below is the only recovery record. KILL-LIST, 19 live rooms, idle age from MAX(messages.ts) per origin_aro (note created_at is a later column defaulting to 0 - it is NOT the timestamp): infra-coders 1.8d ordered killed outright by Elazar, workstream OBE, PM bin-whey-cc, members bin-whey-ca/bin-whey-cc/elazar/nw-whey-ca. odaia-hermosa 16.8d PM pm-odaia-cc offline, members analist-odaia-cc/pm-odaia-cc. engineering-cdw 30.8d PM coder-chatduo-cc offline, members coder-chatduo-cc/elazar - note chat-duo-web is a LIVE project Elazar runs himself, so this room is idle, not dead. dm-lezama 31.8d members elazar/nw-lezama-cc. dm-venus 33.0d members elazar/nw-venus-cc/scrp-pgacct_reminder-venus - a producer still posts here. basquetwi-engineering 33.4d PM coder-basquetwi-cc offline, sole member coder-basquetwi-cc. dm-whey 56.7d sole member elazar. The dm-* rooms exist to DM a human who is elazar_unreachable by design. KEPT, under 14d: mars 0.0 nw 0.0 pluto 0.1 venus 0.6 llmmsg-srv-engineering 0.9 terra 1.4 coders 1.8 dbagents 1.8 evolutiva-management 1.8 hosts-status 1.8 mba-l 3.9 enamel 10.7. Names like ha/ayudarg/kpi-n-optimization/venus-status/whey-status/lezama-status/mars-core/terra-core/one-db/evolutiva-fleet/bs-smoke/test-prune are message history only - they are not rooms and need no action. OPEN: confirm whether a fan-out into a retired room errors for scrp-pgacct_reminder-venus (dm-venus) before Elazar runs the retire.

Open question resolved, read-only: a fan-out INTO a retired ARO does not error. stmtRetiredCheck has exactly two callers in hub.mjs - the join gate (~8920) and the /aro_retire endpoint itself (~10049). /send has no retired check at all, so a post-retire fan-out resolves to zero members and is silently accepted, same as any unknown ARO. scrp-pgacct_reminder-venus posting into a retired dm-venus will not start erroring; its message simply reaches nobody. Whoever wants that producer stopped rather than silently no-oping should take it to bin-venus-cc - it is scrp-side, not hub code.

POST /aro_retire refuses every caller but elazar-the-user-human-llmmsg-srv (hub.mjs:10026). No agent can execute the deletions; Elazar runs them.

Gate removed rather than waited on: ce5cc50, hub 2.61.7, live 03:29:43Z. ARO_RETIRE_LANE now lets this lane retire.

ce5cc50 hub 2.61.7. /aro_retire caller gate widened from HUMAN_AGENT-only to HUMAN_AGENT or ARO_RETIRE_LANE (coder-llmmsgsrv-cc/-ca). Elazar CLI 2026-09-22: 'if i tell an agent to tell you to retire an aro i want you to retire it.' Not done by posting caller=elazar - caller flows unchanged into retireAroWithPurge so retired_by names the acting lane. audit-general-cc PASS, with a non-blocking flag: caller is a self-declared body field behind the fleet-shared EDGE_BEARER, so any bearer holder could already have passed the OLD gate; per-agent binding stays open P3.

EXERCISED live against prod. Seven rooms retired as coder-llmmsgsrv-cc, each returning retired=true with state rows purged: infra-coders 5, odaia-hermosa 3, engineering-cdw 3, dm-lezama 4, dm-venus 4, basquetwi-engineering 2, dm-whey 2. aro_list_all afterwards shows 12 rooms where there were 19, and none of the seven present. engineering-cdw included on Elazar's word the same turn: 'i no longer run cdw as it is not working properly and i have to time to fix it', which retires the doubt recorded in this row's description. NOT EXERCISED: action=remove (un-retire), and the redirect behaviour of the optional replacement pointer.

ARO cleanup: retire 7 abandoned rooms

Correction, not in the description but stated on the wire and worth pinning: I told bin-whey-cc that scrp-pgacct_reminder-venus still posts into the now-retired dm-venus. FALSE. No such sender exists - roster returns 47 agents and none is pgacct, and a sender must register before it can send; bin-venus-cc swept venus and found no unit, timer, crontab line, registry row or file matching pgacct in ~/.local/bin, /opt/llmmsg-srv or ~/.config. Likely origin is OPS-191 (per-agent PG accounts, blocked pending Elazar), which DESIGNS such a reminder; it was never built. The purge removed membership rows, not roster entries, so the absence is not an artifact of the retirement. Unaffected: the retirements themselves and the accept-and-reach-nobody property of a retired room. Method finding from that sweep, which governs any future 'who still posts here' answer: producers of a room cannot be enumerated hub-side. A retired room accepts sends silently, and roster only shows senders that have already registered, so a weekly emitter is invisible in both views between runs. If /aro_retire becomes routine, the producer sweep has to be per-host greps, not a hub query.
