Protocol text shipped to ~/.local/bin/llmmsg-protocol.md (sh.git) - Routing Defaults + Task Coordination rewritten. Pending: hub guide rule bump AFTER MSG-305 (changelog-only push) so it does not re-push 9KB to every registrant; per-project commons edits by each project PM.
