Goal: kill cross-repo dependency between launchers in ~/.local/bin/ (sh.git, sync'd whey/lezama/venus) and the libs they source from /opt/llmmsg-srv/scripts/lib/ (per-host checkout). Files to move (5.7K + 3.6K, both small): /opt/llmmsg-srv/scripts/lib/resolve-agent-name.sh -> ~/.local/bin/resolve-agent-name.sh /opt/llmmsg-srv/scripts/lib/resolve-aros.sh -> ~/.local/bin/resolve-aros.sh Consumers to update (all source/reference the old path): ~/.local/bin/ccs.sh (source + ARO_LIB var) ~/.local/bin/ccs-tmux.sh (source) ~/.local/bin/ca.sh (source) ~/.local/bin/ccnewnohistory.sh (source) /opt/llmmsg-srv/scripts/llmmsg-bootstrap-session.sh (ARO_LIB var) Open Q: does llmmsg-bootstrap-session.sh stay in /opt/llmmsg-srv/scripts/ (it's the UserPromptSubmit hook target, coupled to hub protocol) or also move to sh.git? Lean: leave it - it's not in PATH, ~/.claude/settings.json hooks invoke it by absolute path, and it's protocol-coupled. Decide and document. Deliverables: 1. Move both files; commit to sh.git. 2. Update all 5 consumers (4 in ~/.local/bin/ + the bootstrap script). 3. Decide bootstrap.sh location; update consumers if it moves. 4. Verify on whey first: a) source new path resolves identically, b) ccs.sh launches a test session, c) bootstrap hook still registers + joins. Then sync to lezama + venus. 5. Optional: leave a redirect shim at the old /opt/llmmsg-srv/scripts/lib/ paths that sources the new ones, so any out-of-tree consumers don't break silently.   sh.git 2959e92 (9e25ecb..2959e92 main) shipped: 2 new files at ~/.local/bin/ + 4 consumer repoints (ccs.sh v5.10, ccs-tmux.sh v1.4, ca.sh v1.1, ccnewnohistory.sh v1.4). Compat shims placed at /opt/llmmsg-srv/scripts/lib/{resolve-agent-name,resolve-aros}.sh — SUNSET 2026-05-29 (delete if no traffic). Source-tests pass via both new paths and shims. Pending: pm-llmmsgsrv-cc bootstrap.sh ARO_LIB repoint; bin-venus-cc + sh-l pull.

  Propagation pending: bin-venus-cc + sh-l are not in hub roster post-cold-start (v2.5.1 restart wiped registrations). Their pull DMs failed with recipient_not_registered. Will retry when those agents come back online; nothing blocking. Compat shims at /opt/llmmsg-srv/scripts/lib/ keep venus + lezama running on their pre-pull state until then.

  Shipped both lanes 2026-05-22 23:13. sh.git lane (bin-whey-cc commit 2959e92): ~/.local/bin/resolve-{agent-name,aros}.sh v1.0 created; ccs.sh v5.10, ccs-tmux.sh v1.4, ca.sh v1.1, ccnewnohistory.sh v1.4 repointed to $HOME/.local/bin/ absolute paths. bash -n clean, source-test passes through new + shim paths. /opt/llmmsg-srv lane (pm-llmmsgsrv-cc commit 983ee5d, app v2.5.2): scripts/llmmsg-bootstrap-session.sh:75 ARO_LIB repointed; scripts/lib/{resolve-agent-name,resolve-aros}.sh replaced with v1.0-shim files (sunset 2026-05-29, bin-whey-cc removes). CLAUDE.md DB-path fix included. Bootstrap.sh decision: stayed in /opt/llmmsg-srv/scripts/ (hook target, protocol-coupled, not in PATH) per plan. Pending: bin-venus-cc + sh-l sh.git pulls on their hosts (bin-whey-cc owns). Shim sunset 2026-05-29 (bin-whey-cc owns).
