I en la novena). Se rearman en 8 filas, una por item, verificando que A..I de cada bloque de 9 sean consecutivas y que A sea el numero esperado. 2) Filas 132-133 vacias: se eliminan. Orden por # numerico (hoy 84 esta antes de 83). # como entero (hoy '80' es texto). 3) Fecha (col I) en cinco formatos: datetime m/d/yyyy, datetime yyyy-mm-dd, texto, y un serial 46293.6305555556 (fila 135). Todo a texto dd/mm/aaaa con number_format '@'. Los items 63, 64 y 65 dicen 2026-10-09, una fecha FUTURA: se reemplaza por la fecha de resolucion de fechas-inicio.csv (seccion A); ninguna fecha posterior a hoy. 4) Fecha y Evidencia vacias despues del rearmado (hoy tambien filas 14, 16, 17, 19): Fecha desde la seccion A; Evidencia con la ref bwi/commit si existe, si no 'sin evidencia registrada' - nunca inventada. 5) Estado 'Corregido en codigo - pendiente de despliegue' / 'En correccion - pendiente de despliegue' / 'Corregido en DEV' NO es resuelto: verificar contra git/bwi si se desplego (commit c4fc618c etc.); si esta en prod, Estado = 'Solucionado'; si no, vuelve a Pendientes. 6) Normalizar Categoria (Dato/Datos de origen (RUTAP), Exportacion/Exportación y PDF, etc.) a una grafia por categoria; Estado a un vocabulario corto: Solucionado, Contestada, Retirada, Descartada, Duplicado, No reproducido.
