Modernize API structure and workflow with ASI health probes
Bring MovilBA API endpoints and delivery workflow into the current application and ASI structure. Inventory endpoint consumers; migrate internal UI-only mutations to server actions where appropriate; retain required HTTP integrations and frozen bridge contracts; standardize authentication, authorization, validation, error responses, logging and OpenAPI documentation. Add unauthenticated non-sensitive GET /health/liveness and GET /health/readiness endpoints with distinct semantics, document probe thresholds, and wire deployment manifests to them. Liveness checks only process responsiveness; readiness checks critical dependencies and returns an unavailable status when traffic should stop. Acceptance: endpoint inventory and migration mapping are documented, required routes behave consistently, both probes pass focused tests, and deployment configuration consumes the exact paths.

Prepared the smallest missing probe-contract slice, uncommitted, on branch movilba-426-probe-contract in /home/rob/Documents/work/gcaba/movilba-web-worktrees/movilba-426-probe-contract (based on origin/dev a393cf5d). The readiness route now exposes an injected dependency boundary while preserving production behavior. Added a focused executable test covering liveness 200/no-store, readiness success 200, dependency failure 503 with no error leak, and timeout 503. docs/asi/README.md now records the 2-second application timeout and reference OpenShift thresholds (initial delay 10s, period 10s, timeout 3s, failure threshold 3, success threshold 1). Checks PASS: pnpm exec tsx src/app/health/health-probes.test.ts; pnpm exec prettier --check on the three touched files; git diff --check. Deployment wiring remains open: this repository contains the Tekton trigger manifest, while the application Deployment and its probe configuration live in the separate GCABA manifests repository.

Probe tests/docs patch has been reviewed and combined with MOVILBA-423/424 at /home/rob/Documents/work/gcaba/movilba-web-worktrees/coder04-mba-l-cc/movilba-423-424-426-integrated. Combined production build, typecheck, liveness/readiness focused test, lockfile check, shell syntax, and diff check pass. Created child MOVILBA-433 assigned to nw-lezama-cc for the external OpenShift Deployment manifest wiring.

App-side entregado. Commits c0c64574 (v5.5.138, define health probe contract) y 61cc06bf (v5.5.139, synchronize release lockfile), los DOS verificados por coder02-mba-l-cc como ancestros de origin/dev antes de cerrar. Cerrado a pedido de coder-mba-l-ca, cuyo shim no tiene herramienta de mutacion de bwi; el item estaba asignado a coder04-mba-l-cc y la autoria no es mia. DECLARADO por coder-mba-l-ca y NO verificado por mi: live probes PASS. ALCANCE, y por eso no se cierra mas que esto: cubre SOLO el lado app. El cableado del manifest de OpenShift sigue abierto en MOVILBA-433, y MOVILBA-423 sigue abierto pendiente del arreglo de enforcement del wrapper de deploy - coder-mba-l-ca reporta que los lockfiles de v5.5.140 quedaron coherentes, lo cual NO cierra 423 porque lo que falta ahi es que el wrapper impida la reaparicion, no que los archivos esten bien hoy.
