Resolve the published fecha_ultima_actualizacion contract safely. Coder02 measured PROD 2026-09-02: vehiculos.fecha_ultima_actualizacion is populated in 2398/2398 rows but has only 20 distinct dates (2025-12-08 through 2026-08-25), proving it is an import-lot timestamp rather than a per-vehicle update date. It is served today by the parque repository and OpenAPI and visibly read as an update date in the Eugenia AI105QI report. First measure consumer use. Until an explicit Elazar contract decision authorizes a breaking removal or a true replacement, document it accurately as import-lot date; do not silently retain the misleading meaning. Pablo says he does not need it.

was: Resolve fecha_ultima_actualizacion before consumer handoff: the Rendiciones contract declares the currently served batch-load date wrong and tells consumers not to use it; Pablo Perello 2026-09-02 says he does not need it. Current d1a68b4d still emits the raw field in colectivo payloads. Decide drop vs. correctly derive it, implement the decision, update the contract, and explicitly close the loop with Pablo. No silent retention of a known-wrong field.

Final coder02 review approved MOVILBA-185 tree and supplied PROD measurement and contract correction: field removal is a breaking Elazar decision, not a cleanup.

2026-10-07: Consumer/source census: fecha_ultima_actualizacion is emitted only by the Parque Móvil v1 vehicle API path in this checkout (src/repositories/parque-movil.ts:144,222; OpenAPI schema src/lib/openapi/components.ts:617-645). No references occur in src/app/api/rendiciones, src/repositories/rendiciones.ts, or src/services/rendiciones.ts. It remains a required response key but is nullable, and its current value is the selected current-history period's fecha_alta—not import date, row edit date, or latest trámite; the selected period can be closed. API query and canonical data-contract already reflect MOVILBA-145 semantics. Found and corrected stale consumer-facing references in docs/design/parque-movil-manifest.md, docs/reference/vehiculo-data-model.md, docs/reference/parque-movil-api/parque-movil-detalle-endpoints.md, and docs/reference/parque-movil-api/parque-movil-contrato.ts. No DB or HTTP acceptance re-run; no data mutation. Diff awaits audit.
