Current dev commit a809e099 contains five dedicated read-only routes under /api/rendiciones/v1 and separate x-api-key scope rendiciones. This epic tracks the remaining contract alignment, real-environment acceptance, and regressions from the vehicle current-state redesign; it does not recreate the existing endpoints.
