2026-09-24 live acceptance: authenticated https://token-monitor.pensanta.com/v1/top?minutes=15&size=10 returned 6 ranked rows; service 127.0.0.1:9731 active; coverage has Venus Claude/Codex and Whey Claude/Codex. Lezama absent; KPI-77 remains the host-coverage gap.

2026-09-24: Added model-comparison groups (agent x model, agent, model) to fleet-token-monitor UI/API, with input/output/cache creation/cache read, provider-normalized prompt, cache %, event and agent counts. Live API/page 200 after service restart; 7 tests pass. Usage ratios are not task-quality measures. Lezama coverage acceptance remains separate.

Fixed-window pagination deployed: /v1/top accepts timezone-aware end, bounds event_time on both sides, echoes end; UI retains it across pages/sorts and resets it on filters/refresh. 8 tests pass, service active, live page 1/2 returned 200 with matching end and count 11.

Live API QA passed for auth, grouping, fixed-end pagination, raw event/dedup/cache reconciliation. Authenticated kpi.pensanta.com serves new Fleet tokens page with model/provider/cohort/sort/page controls. Venus+Whey Claude/Codex coverage verified; Lezama still pending, so six-cell acceptance remains open.

Independent API QA passed auth, provider/model groups, stable pagination, and raw token/cache reconciliation. proxy-general-cc found unnecessary horizontal table scrolling; bin-venus-ca is fixing it. Six-cell acceptance still awaits fresh Lezama Claude/Codex coverage.

Scoped bin-venus-ca work remains open: responsive table refactor and audit fixes need implementation/verification. Audit reported non-ASCII auth errors, string-valued numeric aggregates, and stale-response races. Next: fix and test; no completion claim.

Responsive sizing deployed: full available width, wrapping text/headers, numeric nowrap; all columns retained. Added displayed-page Copy table JSON with headers/error feedback. JS syntax passes; proxy-general-cc browser recheck pending. Other audit fixes remain open. KPI-77 is done with enabled timer and Venus receipt recorded.

Authenticated /v1/top returns agent-model rankings with numeric token fields (19 groups in 60m); /v1/coverage returns all six Venus/Whey/Lezama Claude+Codex cells. Independent audit verified grouping, stable pagination, auth, raw token/cache reconciliation. Responsive table, sorting/filtering/cohorts, copy/export and hour selections are live. Fixed malformed Basic handling, Decimal JSON numbers, and stale UI response races; 12 app tests and frontend syntax check pass.
