Fleet token monitor cutover and old-stack retirement

Clean-slate fleet token monitor: working top-10 for arbitrary 15/30-minute or hourly windows, simple sortable/filterable/paginated UI, secure Venus/Whey/Lezama collection, and removal of retired tracking infrastructure. No historical backfill or compatibility layer. Keep BWI, application data, llmmsg, and webusage outside the deletion scope.

New Venus/Whey monitor and API are live; old Venus telemetry schemas/roles/services removed. KPI-75 and KPI-76 done. KPI-77 Lezama feed and KPI-78 final six-cell/UI acceptance remain; KPI-79 residual cleanup underway.

2026-09-24 03:04 ART: Venus and Whey Claude+Codex feeds verified live; new fleet-token-monitor API passed independent authenticated QA; Elazar checked the new KPI page in browser. Lezama one-shot sent Claude 2/Codex 20 at 03:02 ART, but Venus coverage receipt and recurring timer are still pending (KPI-77). KPI-78 has a reported horizontal-scroll layout issue. KPI-79 old-stack residual checks remain.

Cutover complete: KPI-75/76/77/78/79 done. New fleet-token-monitor API and page live at kpi.pensanta.com, authenticated ranking verified, all six host/provider feeds current, old tracking stack retired. No backfill or compatibility layer.
