Audit-trail schema normalization (coverage + field-name naming), planned per-project

Elazar directive 2026-07-17 (nqla #5+#6). Make the audit-trail schema a well-planned per-project program, NOT a rush job / patch-on-patch. Scope per app: (A) COVERAGE - add createdBy/createdAt + deletedBy/deletedAt + changelog/archive to SENSITIVE-data tables; EXEMPT pure-telemetry, system-queue, and any table with no sensitive data (Elazar #5a: exempt telemetry/queue + any non-sensitive table). (B) NAMING - normalize field names to ONE consistent convention across audit / soft-delete / changelog / historial columns, no divergent per-table spellings. Constraints: several tables already have historial - integrate, do not duplicate; no rush; each project's PM plans WITH its coder + db + audit agents and creates a bwi (with child bwis as needed). EVO-55 gap-analysis (3 app reports) is the input. Per-app planned implementation bwis are children of THIS item.

Elazar 2026-07-17: archived-PII retention decision DEFERRED (see the deferred child). EVO-57 execution NOT blocked by it - archive twins run under de-facto option-d (indefinite) today; retention is a separate future policy overlay. All 3 app plan outlines (MARS-492/PLUTO-583/VENUS-268) ready; awaiting Elazar release GO, no-rush per his directive.

Elazar STEER 2026-07-17: 'we need to finetune this, no justification to have this extra tables and code.' Direction change - do NOT blanket-add audit-trail tables/columns. Minimize extra tables + code; each added archive twin / createdBy / deletedBy / updatedBy column needs a PER-TABLE justification, not coverage-for-coverage's-sake. This TEMPERS the original EVO-55 'every table gets full lifecycle cols' ambition toward justified-only. Status: DEFERRED, 'we'll work on it.' All 3 app plans (MARS-492/PLUTO-583/VENUS-268) to be RE-SCOPED toward minimalism before any execution - no release GO pending; the plan-first hold stands and tightens.
