  SEEN-PASS — mars alert leg live end-to-end. ROOT CAUSE found+fixed: mars appEvents pg_notify trigger (applog_notify_error_trg) fired on error/fatal ONLY -> warn-404s wrote the row but never NOTIFY'd -> no kind=dm. db-mars widened predicate to level IN ('error','fatal','warn') (migration evo15-applog-notify-warn-widen, audit-gated). Proof: genuine HTTP 404 at https://mars-evolutiva.pensanta.com/evo15-proof2-404-093535 @2026-06-21T09:35:37Z -> real-time kind=dm to [pm-mars, elazar], origin_aro=aro:mars. pm-llmmsgsrv hub-verified Elazar copy = msg id 13842, kind=dm, cursor=13842>=13842 = delivered AND SEEN, zero lag. Flood-governor confirmed: 10min per-route window dedup (collapse-with-count) + bot/scanner->security-console before dedup. Broad warn-alerting on record per Elazar directive (reversible to 404-only later); MARS-155 (404 warn->error reclass) complementary, not blocked.
