R1: POST to project aro with RENDERING-SAFE kind, NOT kind=alert (chat-duo-web filters kind=alert -> Elazar saw ~13 invisible rows; primary 'no dm' cause compounding APPLOG_APP misroute). R2/R3: FANOUT gate - aro:mars is fanout-OFF (not in hub fanout_allow); bare send-to-aro reaches nobody. Template must multi-address [pm,Elazar]+origin_aro OR nw enables controlled fanout per project aro; check each aro's fanout state. R4: PROOF per leg = GENUINE level-bearing row (real warn/error/own-route-404) -> daemon fires at WARN -> posts visibly into aro:<app> -> reaches BOTH app-PM seat AND Elazar; synthetic/restart != proof; Elazar-receipt verified by pm-llmmsgsrv vs hub records per Elazar's 03:23 protocol, NOT by asking him.   VERIFY-LEG ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA (per pm-mars request + pm-llmmsgsrv SEEN finding) for EVO-14/15/16/17: a leg PASSES only when a GENUINE level-bearing row (real warn/error/own-route-404 from the app) -> daemon fires at WARN -> posts as kind=dm (NOT kind=alert: kind=alert is hub-delivered + cursor-advanced but UI-HIDDEN in chat-duo-web; 15 such msgs to Elazar were marked-read yet invisible = the true 'no dm') into the watched project aro, fanout-robust (co-address [pm,Elazar]+origin_aro on fanout-off aros like aro:mars) -> SEEN-confirmed by pm-llmmsgsrv vs hub records for BOTH app-PM seat AND Elazar. delivered-but-HIDDEN or 'cursor advanced' = FAIL. Synthetic/restart != proof. Separately: chat-duo-web kind=alert render bug FIXED by coder-chatduo-cc (isDirectToHuman gated kind==dm only -> DIRECT_KINDS={dm,alert}, both SSE + /history_dm paths), needs cdw reload; repoint still emits kind=dm as the durable bar.

  POST-RESUME DAEMON DEFECT (flagged by pm-venus, fix routed to maintainer) — fleet-wide gate for EVO-14/15/16/17: Elazar's 4h pause dropped all 4 applog daemons off the hub roster; daemon re-registers only on HTTP 400, NOT on 403, so each app's FIRST post-resume proof send may 403 (PM-leg may reach, Elazar-leg likely doesn't) until the daemon's ~5min auto-re-register. CLOSE GATE: do NOT close any leg on a first-attempt row that 403'd — require the clean RE-FIRE + pm-llmmsgsrv SEEN-PASS (Elazar SAW the row). venus EVO-14 proof delayed on this exact 403, re-fire pending after re-register. Template itself is shipped+live (acf1282, kind=dm, all 4 daemons). Venus leg uses multi-address [pm:venus,Elazar]+origin_aro=aro:venus (independent of fanout_allow); mars/pluto/ayudarg legs still gate on coder-llmmsgsrv's fanout_allow rows landing (pm-llmmsgsrv's read).

  ALL 4 LEGS SEEN-PASS — fleet alert-rail repoint COMPLETE. LEG-2 (project-aro post, kind=dm, not 1:1 DM / not kind=alert) proven end-to-end on every app, each via a GENUINE level-bearing row (real prod 404) -> daemon -> kind=dm into watched project aro -> pm-llmmsgsrv hub-verified Elazar's copy SEEN (cursor>=msgid), not just delivered: EVO-14 venus (msg 13665) / EVO-17 ayudarg (msg 13703) / EVO-15 mars (msg 13842) / EVO-16 pluto (msg 13911). Real defects surfaced+fixed that had been silently swallowing alerts: chat-duo-web kind=alert UI-filter (coder-chatduo); APPLOG_APP misroute (nw-venus); mars+pluto pg_notify warn-predicate exclusion; pluto {id,level} payload drop (rail never delivered); post-pause daemon 400||403 re-register hole (242061c, all 4 restarted). Flood-governor live: 10min per-route window dedup collapse-with-count + bot/scanner->security-console. Standing-ON broad warn-alerting per Elazar directive until he says quiet. Consolidated report to Elazar sent.
