Sub-ticket of MARS-360 Friction telemetry expansion (MARS-351 follow-up): (a) record a 'practica-opened' UX event when a user opens a práctica detail; (b) record an 'editar-clicked' UX event when the editar button is clicked (distinct from the existing modal-shown). Both via the existing /api/log-ux-event sink, category=ux level=info, actorUserId server-derived, include actor role in detail so events are filterable by student vs teacher.
