Docs reference the pre-reorg tools/ path layout

Several docs still invoke scripts as 'python3 tools/gsc_report_generator.py' (docs/seo-and-tools-guide.md, docs/gsc-authentication-credentials.md, docs/tools-and-scripts-inventory.md, docs/2026-01-05-websites-root-CLAUDE.md). Current layout is websites-tools/scripts/ with credentials in websites-tools/config/. docs/gsc-authentication-credentials.md also states gsc-service-account.json lives in the websites/ root; on whey it is in websites-tools/config/. Stale paths, will misdirect whoever follows them.

Rewrote websites/shared/md/scripts-and-tools-commons.md 2026-08-10 - the fleet-wide 'find the SEO commons file' trigger resolves to it, so it is the entry point for every agent managing a site. Every path in it was dead: {T} pointed at websites/tools (gone, now the websites-tools sibling), venv at websites/gsc-venv (gone), {SH} at ~/Documents/terminal/sh (never existed on whey; sh.git is ~/.local/bin), claude-mv filed under the wrong prefix. New prefixes {T}/{S}/{D}/{V}/{SH}/{BIN}; all 25 listed scripts and 10 docs verified to exist; every {PREFIX}/path extracted and asserted on disk, 0 broken. Added the GA4 self-service section, the additive-reports rule, and the v23 breakage note on google-ads-report.py. Per-doc examples inside {D}/*.md still show old tools/ paths - commons is authoritative and says so.
