Audit GA4 properties configured in the UI but missing from ga4-property-map.json

Elazar noted many websites are set up in analytics.google.com. config/ga4-property-map.json is the map ga4_report_generator.py resolves properties through, so a site present in the GA4 UI but absent from the map is silently excluded from reporting. Also verify the service account has access to each property. Offered twice, not yet accepted.

Done via Admin API (list_account_summaries), no browser needed. 19 GA4 properties visible, 17 in ga4-property-map.json, 0 mapped entries stale. Only 2 unmapped and both are duplicate elazarpimentel.com properties (412852914 'elazarpimentel.com - GA4' acct ElazarPimentel; 522070218 'ElazarPimentel.com' acct General Clients) while 518278501 is already mapped. So the map is NOT the gap. Real finding split into follow-ups.
