Decide whether gsc-reports/ should be git-tracked per site

5 repos gitignore gsc-reports/ (draandreaesparza-com, fundacionoidmortales-org-ar, lasdai-com-ar + others), 8 track nothing under it, and 19 folders holding reports are not git repos at all - no recovery path in any of them. Elazar 2026-08-10: 'i dont care, if we should keep them fine, vercel ignore it' - deferred, revisit if a lost report ever matters. Reports are re-fetchable from GSC for 16 months; hand-authored files in that dir are not.
