139 restored report files sit uncommitted; 27 folders have no recovery path

Restored 2026-08-10: 139 deleted-but-tracked files under gsc-reports/ across 26 site repos (destructive prune bug in gsc_report_generator.py, since fixed). They are in each repo's working tree, uncommitted - each site's own agent must commit them or they are lost again on the next reset. Separately: 8 repos track nothing under gsc-reports/ (4 gitignore it: draandreaesparza-com, fundacionoidmortales-org-ar, lasdai-com-ar + current-3-cs-consulting.com/estudiodipilla-com-ar/licfranciscokovachevich-com-ar/movilba-dummy/transportecaba-pensanta-com) and 19 folders under websites/ holding gsc-reports/ are not git repos at all.
