Parser ported + verified on 96 historical tabs (v0.1.11). Needs env vars + auth first. Note: bare-list layout (26.08.05 shape) has no stated total so every such upload requires operator confirmation.

Partially exercised 2026-10-08 after Google sign-in went live. Verified in production as admin: / (session resolves, role Administrador), /participantes (3071 personas, search q=sonya returns 1), /participantes/[id] (alias 'Otros correos' + sent-dates Explorer 2024-06-12 / Star 2024-10-31), /certificados (160 pendientes), /kpis (6 fiscal years, 96 webinars), /api/export/xlsx (200, 328385 bytes, correct xlsx MIME). NOT exercised: the ingest upload->preview->adjudicate->commit path, 'Marcar enviado' (would write a real sent-date), /configuracion, /admin/usuarios, and any editor-role or viewer-role session. Those are what remains of this item.
