GitHub to Vercel did not trigger a deployment for commit b8dd248

Observed 2026-10-08 ~09:43-09:53 local. gitpush.sh pushed b8dd2483f12b to origin/main successfully (git ls-remote confirmed the remote head). Vercel created no deployment for that SHA in any state - /v6/deployments listed c16ef6f as the newest for 13+ minutes while every earlier push today deployed within ~20s. Project link intact (type github, productionBranch main, gitCredentialId present), paused=null, commandForIgnoringBuildStep=null, vercel-status.com all operational. GitHub has no commit statuses and no deployments for ANY commit in this repo, so neither is a usable signal here. The next push (ffc39ab, ~10 min later) deployed normally and carried b8dd248 content with it, so nothing was lost. No action taken beyond the second push - vercel deploy/redeploy is forbidden by CLAUDE.md. Worth watching: if a push silently fails to deploy again, the suspect is the Vercel GitHub App installation for ElazarPimentel/webcertify-pensanta-com, which this session could not inspect (user token cannot list app installations).
