Vercel MCP: integration grant lacks webcertify-pensanta-com

Vercel MCP (OAuth as elazarpimentel, team Elazar-Pimentel-Portfolio visible) returns 0 projects / 404 for prj_puGvcBfUrmAZzQgJ75orNCuxFe1T while Vercel CLI as the same user sees it: integration grant is project-scoped and predates the project (2026-10-07). Rob: Vercel dashboard > team Settings > Integrations > Claude integration > Manage Access > add webcertify-pensanta-com. CLI is a full substitute; not blocking.
