Orphan-sweep cron for /srv/share/incoming/ dead-letter files

Cross-host dropbox convention (evolutiva-commons.md 2da45d4) added /srv/share/incoming/{whey,venus,lezama} on venus for scp-based agent handoffs, replacing /gdrive/temp. Risk flagged by all 4 evolutiva PMs (aro:evolutiva-management, unanimous adopt, 2026-07-05): a crashed/absent recipient leaves files un-deleted, silently refilling the mailbox over time. Proposed fix: venus cron job, find -mtime +2 (48h) purge of orphaned files incl. stale .part uploads, DM the original sender via llmmsg-srv when a file is purged so they know delivery silently failed. Owner: bin-venus-cc / nw-venus-cc infra lane. IMPLEMENTATION WAITS FOR ELAZAR'S GO per standing rule -- do not build until he approves; this WI is filing/tracking only.

Implemented + deployed: dropbox-orphan-sweep.sh v1.0 (sh.git cec4c37), dropbox-orphan-sweep.{service,timer} on venus (6h cadence, RandomizedDelaySec=600). find -mmin +2880 (48h) purge via trash, incl. stale .part; optional <name>.from sidecar DMs original sender on purge via llmmsg-srv, best-effort. Smoke-tested: stale file+sidecar purged, recent file kept, sender DM path verified against dm_agent(). Documented as bin-venus-cc own/maintain in maintainer-agents.md (gdrive canonical). Elazar GO via pm-mars-cc handoff 2026-07-05.
