  Incident applog 6a5328e9 (2026-07-01, '1990-06-31'), 11 suppressed __no_route__ recurrences. Root cause: ^\d{4}-\d{2}-\d{2}$ regex accepts impossible calendar dates → $N::date cast throws PG out-of-range 500; dobPlausibilityError checked only future/max-age. Fix: shared ymdError() helper (shape + UTC round-trip; catches JS Date silent-rollover) wired at 5 sites in practica-actions.ts (crear fecha+dob, editar fecha+dob, editarPracticaDobSexo dob), before ::date cast + before dobPlausibilityError. SHA 3ae89aa v0.68.27, audit PASS (origin-tip+diff-match+health flip+deploymentId serving+dbOk+live-tail clean). Client-side day-clamp deferred (server guard load-bearing). Audit flag: Vercel MCP token expired → reduced runtime-log coverage this PTD.
