  pacientes registry has NO archive trigger (pg_trigger NOT internal = 0). P2 (creator edits edad/sexo, e622d65-era) shipped A2 práctica-scoped to avoid an un-ledgered shared-table write. DEFER + bundle with future porSexo/porEdad epi-KPI build: (1) add archive trigger + archive table to pacientes matching practicas pattern; (2) on demographic edit propagate corrected pacienteDob/pacienteSexo to registry + all prácticas of same DNI (A1 design), wrapped in setArchiveContext. No present consumer until epi stats exist. Reversible.
