gitignore agents/*/memory/ — per-agent memory dirs are runtime state, not app code; they keep getting scoop-bundled into unrelated commits in the shared worktree (latest: db-venus memory .md into 09ea1f8). Untrack the already-committed file + add the gitignore rule.
