scanner-probe drift test compares against pluto's uncommitted worktree, not origin

scripts/__tests__/scanner-probe-drift.test.ts reads ../pluto/src/lib/scanner-probe-vectors.ts from pluto's WORKING TREE, so an uncommitted pluto edit turns every venus push red (2026-10-06 08:05Z: 112 vs 106 from pluto EVO-115 WIP, origin still a86bc12). It forced the VENUS-458 P0 hotfix through VENUS_SKIP_PREPUSH. Remedy: read the committed upstream (git -C ../pluto show origin/main:src/lib/scanner-probe-vectors.ts, loud skip when unavailable), so the gate fires on what landed, not on a file save.

Implemented: drift test reads git -C ../pluto show origin/main:src/lib/scanner-probe-vectors.ts; loud skip when no checkout or ref unreadable. With pluto worktree at 112 (EVO-115 WIP) the test is GREEN (origin = 106 = vendored). FORCED RED: ref pointed at 315ed3d^ gives 'expected 101 to be 106'. Unreadable ref takes the skip arm (passes, warns). NOT COVERED: origin/main is as of pluto's last fetch, so a landed pluto change is seen only after a fetch.

Pushing now with EVO-115 step 3 + VENUS-461: drift test reads pluto origin/main, not working tree. Local: drift 33/33, src/lib 791 pass, tsc 0.
