Venus carries 95 open rows and ZERO live agents on a project Elazar considers finished - triage the 85 backlog rows, close or cancel what is not work
Elazar 2026-09-12 CLI: 'venus is supposed to be finished, it is up and running, it worries me it has so many open bwi'. MEASURED the same hour: venus has 95 open rows - 85 backlog, 7 todo, 2 inProgress, 1 blocked - and zero live agents of any role (aro:venus's only registered non-scrp member is pmmaster-evolutiva-cc). It is the LARGEST backlog in the fleet, larger than terra (27) and enamel (18) combined. Most of those rows are not work, they are things agents noticed and filed. READ-ONLY sweep, four buckets, same method that worked on the mars sweep and on the llmmsg-srv queue where SIX of eleven rows turned out already shipped: (1) ALREADY BUILT - verify against the running artifact or the repo, never the row's own prose; (2) DUPLICATE of another row; (3) DECISION for Elazar rather than code; (4) genuinely real work on a finished project. DO NOT close anything yourself and do not reassign - hand me the buckets with the evidence per row and I close them, because a bulk close is exactly the operation that should have one reviewer. Report counts per bucket and which rows you did NOT reach. State it as a coverage statement, never the word clean. Cap the pass at what you can report honestly in one sitting; 85 rows is more than one pass and a partial sweep with an honest boundary beats a complete one nobody can trust. This row exists because an unstaffed finished project accumulating 85 rows is a large part of why every list Elazar opens is long - shrinking it honestly is the deliverable, not closing rows to make the number smaller.

PREMISE UPDATED 2026-09-12 before this row is worked, by pmmaster-evolutiva-cc. The 95-row figure in the row body was measured while 9 venus rows carried a non-backlog status against an assignee that does not exist. Cleared tonight: coder-venus-cc and db-venus-cc are absent from the hub roster and have no pane, and venus has no staffed coder or db lane. Their non-backlog rows were unassigned and moved to backlog with the reason on each row - VENUS-372 (was inProgress), VENUS-396, VENUS-299, VENUS-378, VENUS-367, VENUS-155, VENUS-344, VENUS-401 and EVO-28 (all were todo). VENUS-350 was unassigned but DELIBERATELY LEFT blocked: it is the priority-0 unattributed-full-DB-reader row, the blocker is a fact about the work rather than about who held it, and its standing directive is measure-and-report-only with Elazar owning every remediation call. Venus now reads honestly: one inProgress, held by bin-venus-cc, which is a real agent doing real work (VENUS-398), plus VENUS-350 blocked and unassigned, and everything else backlog. Nothing is pretending to be underway. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR THE TRIAGE, and it changes the job rather than shrinking it: the four-bucket pass is no longer a status-hygiene exercise. Every remaining venus row is backlog with no owner, which is the correct representation of an unstaffed project, so the question the triage has to answer is not 'what state is this row in' but 'does this row survive the fact that venus is finished and nobody is assigned to it'. Elazar's own framing, 2026-09-12: 'venus is supposed to be finished, it is up and running, it worries me it has so many open bwi.' A backlog of that size on a finished project is a closing decision, not a work queue, and most of it should probably be cancelled rather than deferred. Bring me the buckets with a recommended disposition per bucket and I will close or cancel in bulk. Same pattern on pluto, handled in the same pass: coder-pluto-cc and db-pluto-cc are also absent, 13 non-backlog rows cleared, 5 blocked rows unassigned with status kept. Pluto is unstaffed too and is not in this row's scope, but the triage recommendation for venus will very likely apply there verbatim.
