run shared scanner-probe vector corpus against mars/terra/enamel route manifests

applog-pull@ is templated across venus/pluto/mars/terra/enamel; only venus+pluto gated to the wide SCANNER_PROBE_RE set. mars/terra/enamel keep legacy behaviour until someone with those lanes runs the shared vector corpus against their own route manifests. Lower priority.
