PostgREST pg_pgrst_no_exposed_schemas error fires every ~32s, drowning the venus postgres log

postgres_logs on venus (fjnhfjwskixzsilxrkph) shows 'schema pg_pgrst_no_exposed_schemas does not exist' every ~32 seconds, ~2700 rows/day. Measured 2026-08-07 via Management API analytics endpoint: 3600 log rows in 24h, and filtering out this message plus checkpoint and cron-job lines returns ZERO rows — so this error IS the venus postgres log. PostgREST exposed-schemas misconfiguration, unrelated to VENUS-350 but found during it. Two costs: it drowns the log so real signal is unfindable, and it is a recurring error off the zero-noise baseline. Separately noted and NOT part of this WI: log_connections is OFF on this project, so no connection or statement events are logged at all.
