  BLOCK WIDENED (audit-venus-ca-ms8emd4qczil, verified by coder02): moduloRes ignores ALL secondary filters (sedeId, desde, hasta, treatment, intra/post) — not just the new taxonomy predicates. Pre-existing since before fc4c5cf. Comment at report-actions.ts:207-209 asserts a false coherent-subset invariant. IMPLEMENTATION TRAP flagged: appending whereClause to WHERE on the existing LEFT JOIN would drop zero-count modules — filters go in the LEFT JOIN ON or a filtered subquery/CTE. Regression must cover intra/post filtering PLUS a module remaining visible with count 0 under an active filter.

  Fix in flight (coder-venus-cc-ms8es51387uj): predicates moved into LEFT JOIN ON per audit's trap; THIRD defect found+fixed in same pass — grid totalDistinct counted p."id" (ALL practicas per modulo, 1595) instead of the alumno's own via pp."practicaId" (221). New regression test added. Push in progress; awaiting done:<SHA> then re-audit.
