Adopt the EVO-83 fleet CR+questions surface in venus. Payoff is immediate: the ~10 doc-delivered client Q&A WIs listed in EVO-83 become rows. Blocked on EVO-83's one open design question (who the client principal is -- venus has no client-facing role distinct from titular). Class-A: needs audit design-ping before DDL, and DDL execution is db-venus-cc's lane.
