Team-proposed enhancements from the CR, both marked 'flag/defer a Sebastián'. G8: 'indicacionClinica' structured pre-op diagnosis field (today students free-text it, e.g. Pericoronaritis, Sinusitis odontogénica). G10: 'medicacionPostOp' post-op prescription field (today in comments, e.g. Amoxicilina, dexametasona; distinct from existing medicacionActual which is patient's current meds). Neither implemented. Not defects — v2/future scope, low frequency. Raise with Sebastián at v2 planning; do NOT build without client mandate.
