Client (§17) asked to see distribution of where patients live. Add patient residence capture to the práctica load form. Class-A (schema). Constraints: nullable (empty for past prácticas, no backfill); provincia via lookupOptions/lookup table per no-hardcoded-options rule; localidad shape (free-text vs dependent lookup) at db/coder discretion. db designs column(s), coder wires UI, audit design-ping before implement.
