pmmaster 2026-07-19: bin-venus-cc building weekly venus cron reading Hostinger 25GB account-total, writing a shared surface (URL/shape TBD). Venus fast-follow: admin HOME/landing control-panel tile showing GB-left + % of 25GB, fetched from that shared surface. Alert (single 75% trigger, DM to PMs+Elazar) is handled entirely by bin-venus-cc's cron — tile is ambient-only display, no per-app alerting logic. Class-S. BLOCKED until bin-venus-cc posts the surface URL/shape.
