Elazar directive 2026-07-18 via pmmaster (EVO-62, fleet-wide). Mine FRICTION-tier appEvents telemetry and FIX the UI causing it, not just suppress logging. Steps: (1) query friction-tier events (category=toast, mechanism=validation-fail/native-validation/inline-hint + user-facing warnings) over 2-4wk window via vFrictionEvents1m; (2) rank by frequency; (3) root-cause + fix top offenders (clearer labels/defaults, pre-fill, inline hints, drop needless required-field friction, fix confusing flows); (4) report top sources + SHAs + residual/deferred to pmmaster. Class-S for most UI fixes; auth/schema/email touches = Class-A gate. Reference: Mars campaign cut logged toasts from hundreds/week to <12.

Fix #2 (native-required, 78 hits) shipped: SHA 825de05/v0.99.3. Dead-tail check passed — signal spans 07-07..07-17, no near-date validation commit, confirmed live. Root cause: native required/range attrs short-circuit onSubmit before the app's own richer validation runs. Fix = noValidate on the form, app checks become sole path (all native constraints covered by existing checks[]). Class-S, self-verified.
