Real-time applog error, /practicas/nueva, 2026-07-15T10:50:33Z, id=9b615afd-3c03-499a-803d-3408e2d42b88: 'An error occurred in the Server Components render' (digest present, prod message suppressed) surfaced as clientUnhandledRejection — distinct signature from VENUS-254 (that was Failed-to-fetch network-drop, benign-closed). This looks like a genuine server-side RSC exception, not a network blip. HELD per fleet pause directive (pmmaster-evolutiva-cc, 2026-07-15 06:14) - do not start until fleet resumes. Triage: pull the digest from Vercel runtime logs to see the real error.

ROOT CAUSE CONFIRMED (Elazar relayed prod error banner, 2026-07-15 07:52:47 ART): POST /practicas/nueva throws 500 - sharp native module fails to load, ERR_DLOPEN_FAILED libvips-cpp.so.8.18.3 missing on linux-x64 Vercel runtime. Digest 3062062098, requestId ed95975f-0188-4e20-9196-72d7cf131452. This is NOT benign (unlike VENUS-254) - every práctica-creation attempt with an image is failing. Escalating to active despite fleet pause per standing fly-solo error-remediation autonomy (production-breaking core flow, not new backlog).

Fixed: sharp ^0.35.3->^0.34.5 revert, SHA 36991ad/v0.97.1, live+dbOk. Root cause: sharp 0.35.x + Vercel/turbopack+pnpm serverless-trace regression (lovell/sharp#4567, exact match) - modular-libvips optional pkg not traced into bundle; outputFileTracingIncludes/serverExternalPackages don't reliably fix 0.35.x per upstream. 0.34.5 = last-known-good since app inception, zero app code change. sharp kept (load-bearing: EXIF-strip + canonical-JPEG re-encode, VENUS-127/135 security requirement). Class-S self-verify. Coverage caveat: authed POST /practicas/nueva image-upload E2E NOT exercised by self-test (can't self-hit authed route) - deterministic confidence from 0.34.x's clean trace history, not a live repro. VENUS-245 flagged: must not re-bump sharp to 0.35.x until upstream Vercel-trace fix lands.
