bin-whey-cc found: evolutiva-errscan has no per-project timer/service registered for venus on whey (systemctl shows only @mars). vAppErrorsByRoute is live+audit-PASS (VENUS-82) and errscan v1.17's byroute auto-detect is shipped, but nothing is actually running the venus digest - byroute or legacy. Register an errscan@venus instance (systemd timer, matching the @mars pattern) so the venus scanner digest runs at all.
