extend status-ping reroute verb-list (add live/deploy/fyi/etc) so informational pings to Elazar go god-view not inbox

Elazar picked 1b (keep denylist verb-list, extend it; NOT the allowlist inversion). VENUS-222's STATUS_PING_RE currently = working|done|claim|drafting|afk|superseded|closed|status. A 'live:' deploy notice leaked to Elazar's inbox because it's not in the set. ADD informational/record-keeping lead verbs: live, deploy, deployed, shipped, landed, fyi, update, confirmed, ready, note. Same VENUS-222 mechanism (humanincdw=false -> reroute status-ping addressed to Elazar into origin_aro god-view, never reject). The isReplyToElazarThread reciprocity carve-out MUST still exempt replies to threads Elazar opened (those hit his inbox). coder: extend the regex, confirm each added verb requires the boundary at start so it can't false-match mid-word, bring before/after + a couple of match/no-match cases (esp. 'live:' matches, 'ready for your call?' as prose still delivers if it doesn't lead with 'ready:'). Batch with VENUS-230/d-head 2.39.15 if timing lines up — same reroute subsystem. Audit via audit-llmmsgsrv-ca; I gate+bounce.
