Rename vFriction7d -> vFrictionEvents per fleet convergence decision

Fleet decision (bs-mriqv6hg7ge, closed by pm-mars-cc, 2026-07-13): rename vFriction7d -> vFrictionEvents (no baked time window in the name). Semantic contract not literal shared WHERE — each app satisfies 'non-success rows in the friction umbrella' with its own predicate. Venus action: (1) rename/recreate view as vFrictionEvents, (2) drop LIMIT 100 entirely (no display-sized cap; caller supplies own WHERE for time range; if a safety valve wanted use 1000+), (3) verify action='error-shown' is the complete non-success set for venus's toast category (distinct action values under category='toast') — if venus's toast category is already success-exclusive by the no-success-logging contract, drop the action filter entirely per pluto's point, keep it only if venus's toast category isn't yet clean. (4) update venus-commons.md 'Friction View' section to match new name/shape.
