Remove viewport-size logging to appEvents

Elazar fleet directive 2026-07-07 (via pm-mars, aro:evolutiva-management): STOP/remove the client viewport-size logging to appEvents — enough data collected across mars/pluto/venus. Small reversible removal (delete the emit site + any client hook). No backfill/purge of existing rows unless separately asked. Sequence AFTER the viewport-optimization WI has pulled the distribution, so the data isn't cut off before it's used.
