Elazar via Mars relay: enhance venus admin soporte toward Mars's shape (ref live https://mars-evolutiva.pensanta.com/administrar/soporte?status=all) — status-filter incl an 'all' view + the list/table soporte UX. Reference Mars's /administrar/soporte surface as the PATTERN (view live UI for UX shape; replicate in venus's own codebase — do NOT need mars source). Admin-only list rendering + filter = security-inert, reversible, one-owner -> solo. NOT Class-A (no authz/schema/email change). Minor bump. Note: soporte mutation actions also in VENUS-176 wrapper-retrofit set; solo owns both, sequence to avoid churn.

Soporte admin UX shipped across v0.88.12 (per-chip counts over full ticket set) + v0.88.13 (data-driven terminal marker). SHA c10f7c4 PTD LIVE, auditor PASS. Default view = non-terminal union, now generic: lookupOptions.params.terminal=true SSOT (resolved+closed tagged), 3 hardcoded spots removed, all 3 isTerminalStatus callers await-migrated regression-safe, data-before-code deploy ordering. Reverse: UPDATE lookupOptions SET params = params - 'terminal' WHERE grupo='supportTicketStatus' AND campo IN ('resolved','closed').
