appEvent category 'practica' (3 log-only calls: practicaEdited/practicaSelfRegistered/practicaSelfRegistrationRemoved in practica-actions.ts) not canonical + not in logger-core LEGACY_CATEGORY_MAP → resolveCategoryId falls back to 'system' + fires 1 bounded warn per process. Benign (events persist), pre-existing (not 171/172/173). Fix: add practica: 'user' to LEGACY_CATEGORY_MAP (PM-ratified campo, user-initiated clinical-record events). Class-S/solo.
