chore: harden remaining direct toLocale* client renders (cross-engine U+202F risk)

Follow-on to the #418 fix: practica-detail.tsx + ui/calendar.tsx still call toLocale* directly client-side, same latent cross-engine ICU-separator hydration risk. Route them through the hardened format.ts (Intl.formatToParts + ASCII separators).
